All ODSA-registered Ontario Disc Golf Clubs with a minimum of 5 members may submit a competitor to represent them at the 2025 Ontario Provincial Disc Golf Championships in Guelph this October. Please fill out complete details using the form below and ensure your representative is ODSA-current prior to submission. We do ask that club publicize this selection and their process ahead of time. The deadline to submit a representative is August 31st, 2025.
