Disc golf play is permitted to continue, but outdoor gatherings are capped at 5 people

Obviously we all have a lot of questions as Premier Ford announces the "emergency brake" for Ontario.

What we know so far: "frisbee golf courses" are one of the recreation facilities permitted to operate during this shutdown. We're thrilled that disc golf play can continue and that the province continues to recognize us as a safe, socially-distanced sport.

IMPORTANT: Outdoor public gatherings are capped at five people. This will  have an impact on leagues and tournaments. The previous limit was 25 - so anything operating under a 25 person premise now needs to adjust to a 5 person limit.

The new lockdown measures go into effect 12:01 a.m. Saturday (midnight Friday).

Lets make sure to keep all our play physically distanced and follow all municipal rules which can and may supersede the provincial rules.
